"There is a word of revelation for the nations"                  

       The church started out as a simple bible study, at the home

of Terry and Mary Jefferson.  This continued for approximately

two years and at the end of the second year the Lord spoke a

word of revelation to Pastor Jefferson.  Telling him to step out

on faith and start a church.  After much prayer, Pastor and First

Lady were obedient to the voice of the Lord and stepped out on

faith.

       They began to search for a location to have their church

services.  Pastor and First Lady came to agreement that the

Hilton Hotel would be the best start for the ministry.  The first

service was held February 1, 1998.  The Ministry began to grow

almost immediately, prior to the starting of the ministry

Pastor Jefferson was already preaching the gospel on the radio. 

The community took an immediate notice to the ministry. 

Several began to call for prayer and counsel.  There were many

attending services at the Hilton Hotel, because of the Radio

Ministry.  The church was holding services for eight months at

the Hilton, before locating a building.  While at the Hilton,

Pastor and First Lady were still holding Bible study at their

home.  These bible studies continued the entire time that

services were being held at the Hilton.

     After locate a building all home bible studies were

conducted at the church.  The church held its first services

on October 25, 1998.  Since that time the ministry has

continued to grow.  About a year after being at the new

location the ministry began to expand, the church started

a second Radio Ministry, which broaden their horizon

within the community.  Many of the community residence

began to attend the church services.  From that point

forward the ministry has continued to grow. 

A Prayer for the Nation

Heavenly Father, Ruler of nations, we thank You for the

countless undeserved blessings that You have showered on our

country.  Individually and as a nation we have sinned often and

grievously, and we pray that You, mercifully forgive our sins. 

Endow the leaders of our country with wisdom from on high. 

Cause them to rule in your fear and according to Your will, that

we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all  godliness and

honesty and that our nations and its people may prosper both

spiritually and temporally.  Hold Your protecting hand over our

nation, over our families, the church, and over all of Your

children.  Preserve our priceless religious liberty, keep all

believers faithful to You.  Bring a great salvation to pass, and

turn the hearts of multitudes of unbelievers to accept the peace

and comfort that only faith in our Savior Jesus Christ can bring

them.  Give us faith instead of unbelief, courage instead of fear, 

love instead of hate, peace instead of quarrels and war, and

righteousness instead of sin everywhere and in everything.  We

have indeed deserved nothing but punishment for our sins, but

in Your great mercy be gracious to us, bless us, and hear our

prayer for Jesus' sake.  Amen.

Now to Him who by the power at work within us is able to do far

more abundantly than all that we ask or think to Him be glory in

the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations, for ever and ever.
